1. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer free shipping for all orders. Shipping methods will be presented at checkout.

– Orders are generally processed within **2 to 3 business days** after the size has been confirmed.  

– Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

– Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

3. Delivery Times  

Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.  

– **Domestic Orders:** Typically delivered within **3 to 5 business days** after the tracking ID has been generated.

5. Shipping Restrictions  

– Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages  

Cuero Street is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours** of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
