At Cuero Street, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not thrilled with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

1. Return Time Frame  

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

2. Return

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned with the original packaging intact.
• The refund lock, if applicable, must be unbroken.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for items that don’t meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

4. Return Shipping  

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll happily cover the return shipping expense.

6. Exchanges  

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please initiate the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. There will be a $100 restocking fee.

We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
